Hardship Relief Arrangements
The Federal Government recently announced an agreement with financial institutions to provide mortgage relief for borrowers who become unemployed. Collins is pleased to advise that we have always provided flexible arrangements for borrowers who may be experiencing difficulties meeting home loan repayments in the past. We understand that our borrowers may face temporary periods of financial hardship due to a number of reasons, including unemployment. In order to continue to provide maximum assistance to our clients, we have extended our hardship relief arrangements to include: - Temporary repayment suspension,
- Personalised repayment arrangements based on what you can afford to pay at the time,
- Deferred or reduced repayments on your loan for up to 12 months (to be assessed case by case).
